Still no news on an expected date for the outcome of the Epilepsy Society’s application PL/22/2898/OA.

As reported in our April newsletter, a consultation period is currently open for statutory bodies and the public to comment on the 26 additional documents submitted by the Epilepsy Society on the 18th April as part of their planning application.

A 30-day consultation period is now open for the public and statutory consultees to submit additional comments. The closing date is the 23rd May.

Awaiting response about planning. Epilepsy Society has erected notices on its land, which prohibit the public from using the footpaths across its estate, other than on the, few registered Public Rights of Way.

Despite submitting the application over 16 months ago, we are still waiting hear back.

We are now thirteen months since the Epilepsy Society submitted an outline planning application to build 975 homes on their Green Belt land in Chalfont St Peter. We still have not heard back. Read more to understand 3 possible outcomes.

On Saturday 29th April, SENSE4CSP volunteers manned stands in the village centre to promote SENSE4CSP and update fellow locals on the Epilepsy Society’s proposal to develop their land in Chalfont St Peter.

There is still time to send a further objection. We have been assured that all existing objections submitted to Bucks Council are still valid and will be considered by the officers in their decision-making process.
